Massachusetts Disability Task Force: Conversation with Nora Bent

On July 18, 2025, Nora Bent, Director of Government Affairs and Strategic Partnerships at The Arc of Massachusetts, provided a virtual update to the Massachusetts Disability Task Force on the current federal and state policy environment affecting people with disabilities and their families. Nora reported that although the federal outlook is daunting, there are concrete opportunities at the state level to safeguard and strengthen services. After the presentation, Nora held an open discussion with DTF members.
